Our 'lil' Bistro is cozy, quaint and with old world feel. Chef Romilio "Eddy" Chacon and Sous Chef Lisa "his wife" put out the best food you'll ever eat! After years of cooking in his own restaurant in New Jersey, he settled here in Georgetown to "turn on the South" with his special style of cooking with an Italian flair. Chef Eddy's encompassing of flavors are pure and unadulterated. Classic Italian flavors with the freshest of South Carolina ingredients. The wine list compliments every dish, and our knowledgeable staff will be happy to help with the pairing.
